Any requests for returns, replacements, or warranty interventions will be accepted only if the sold part is actually defective, non-functional, or not compliant with the manufacturer code indicated in the listing and product photos.
Requests for returns, replacements, or refunds due to incorrect fault diagnosis by the customer, incompatibility of the part with the customer's product/equipment, incorrect assembly, tampering, improper use, damage caused during installation, or additional defects not related to the purchased part will not be accepted.

If the seller expressly confirms in writing the compatibility of the part based on the information provided by the customer, the seller will be liable only within the limits of that confirmation and the information received. No liability is assumed if the information provided by the customer is incomplete, incorrect, or does not correspond to the product/equipment actually in their possession.
