Once we receive the package and complete the inspection, you will receive a detailed estimate to review before proceeding with the repair.

The package includes:

  • Home pickup service with a courier (Optional for €49)
  • FREE diagnosis and repair estimate.

- Estimate within 2-3 days of receipt.

- Fast repair within 3-7 business days after approval.


IMPORTANT:


The robot must be packaged carefully for shipping according to the provided instructions. It is essential to use filling material on all sides to cushion against drops (e.g., paper, foam, polystyrene, cardboard, etc.).

Never pack the robot without filling material. Any damage resulting from inadequate packaging during shipment is the customer’s responsibility.


A complete cleaning of the robot is mandatory. The brushes and the filter must be thoroughly washed and cleaned. Everything must be shipped dry.

Dirty items will not be accepted.

To be shipped WITHOUT the trolley (Caddy). The package must include: Robot, Filter, Power Supply.
