The patented cyclonic suction is a filtration system that uses centrifugal force to separate debris from water.

This works much like a weather cyclone: dirty water is sucked in by the robot and carried through a spiral channel, where its flow rate is increased by the channel’s cone shape.

This way, heavier debris is pushed to the channel walls by centrifugal force, while clean water is directed to the center and into the filter basket.
